You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
2Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return if you meet any of the following conditions:
You received a product that was damaged during shipping or transit
The NFC card is malfunctioning or has manufacturing defects
You received a different product than what you ordered
The product does not meet the description or specifications as stated on our website
3Return Process

Provide a detailed description of the problem along with photos or supporting documentation
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back as instructed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
4Return Conditions
When returning a product, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging
All original accessories, tags, and documentation must be included
The product should be unused and in the same condition as received
Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery date

Refund Process
Upon approval of your return request, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds. These include:
- Digital downloads — any digital content or services already delivered
- Personalized/custom products — NFC cards with custom printing or engraving that were made to your specifications
- Used or altered products — items that have been used, damaged by the buyer, or altered after delivery
Any non-refundable exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they haven't been processed or shipped yet
If the order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel — a return may be initiated instead
